Thank you for your interest in the NJEA Justice & Equity Fellowship. If selected, you will embark on a transformative 8-month journey growing yourself and your leadership capacity while exploring critical topics related to justice and equity. This fellowship will require you to dedicate 50 - 70 hours of your time (depending on your role) throughout the entire experience to become the change agents you seek to fight for a more just and equitable world. This structured fellowship will require you to do work. The real work that is needed to push the needle of justice and equity forward. Always transformational, never performative.
